FAQ

Quick answers to the questions FullHouse buyers ask most.

The basics

Is a FullHouse webinar live or recorded?

Recorded. It plays like a live event: people register for a time, and everyone in a session sees the same moment. You also get real shared chat, polls, and offers at set moments, without being there. See How FullHouse fits together.

Do I need to be there during a session?

No. Everything runs by itself. If you’d like to join in, you can talk to the room from Live chat and answer questions.

Can I run an actual live broadcast?

No. FullHouse plays a video that you’ve uploaded or linked. It doesn’t stream from your camera.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. The registration page, waiting room, live room, replay and challenge hub all have phone layouts. See What attendees see. You can also manage FullHouse from a phone, using the menu button at the top right, though the editor is easier on a bigger screen.

Do attendees need an account or an app?

No. They register with an email address, get a personal link, and watch in their browser on a phone or computer. See What attendees see.

Is there a limit on registrants or attendees?

Your plan doesn’t limit how many people register or attend. Plans limit storage, FullHouse Send emails per day, and MCP access. Custom domains, coming soon, will depend on your plan too. See Plan and usage.

How do I get a bigger plan?

Get in touch, and your account can be moved to a bigger plan. Plan & usage shows what you have now.

Video

Do I need a separate video host?

No. Your plan includes storage for uploads, with no charge per view. You can also link to a video hosted elsewhere if it’s a direct MP4 or HLS link. See Video.

No. Those are links to a web page rather than a video file. Upload the file, or use a direct link.

Can attendees pause or skip?

Not in the live room: everyone stays at the same point. They can seek on the replay, unless you’ve locked the player.

Pages and your brand

Do I have to use FullHouse’s sign-up pages?

No. The embed widget puts your sign-up form on any website or funnel builder with a single script tag, using its own button or yours. It works for webinars and challenges.

Can I use my own domain for the attendee pages?

Not yet. Custom domains are coming soon, and will depend on your plan. They’ll let you put your pages and links on a subdomain such as live.yourbrand.com. For now, public pages live on showtell.live, a neutral address that doesn’t mention FullHouse. You can already keep people on your own site for sign-up with the embed widget, and send email from your own domain by connecting your own provider.

Will attendees see the FullHouse name?

Registration pages, waiting rooms, the room and challenge hubs show your name or logo at the top, or nothing at all if you turn that off. Page addresses use showtell.live. See Branding.

Can attendees change their session?

Yes, unless they’ve already attended or it’s a challenge. Need a different time? on the thank-you page and in the waiting room moves them to another session, and their personal link stays the same. You can’t turn this off. See Changing to another time.

Can attendees add a session to their calendar?

Yes. The thank-you page has Google Calendar and Apple / Outlook buttons, and you can hide them. A challenge hub offers a calendar file for every day. Calendar events don’t update if a session moves.

Can I change the URL of my page?

Yes, at any time. FullHouse keeps every address a webinar has had, so old links, including personal links in emails you’ve already sent, send people to the new address. See Change the URL slug.

Email

Do I need Resend or Mailgun?

No. FullHouse Send works without any setup, up to your plan’s daily limit. Connect Resend or Mailgun to remove that limit and send from your own domain.

What happens if I go over my daily email limit?

Emails over the limit fail rather than wait. You’ll see them under Debug, and you can retry them after the limit resets at midnight UTC, or after you’ve connected your own provider.

How many emails will each registrant get?

Up to six by default. A new webinar has seven emails: a confirmation, three reminders, two follow-ups and a replay email. Each person gets only one of the two follow-ups, attended or missed. Reminders whose time has passed at registration are left out, and the replay email only goes to people who missed the session or watched under 90% of it. You can edit or turn off each one. See Reminder emails.

How do attendees unsubscribe?

Every email has an unsubscribe link, which opens a page where they confirm. It applies to that registration, so if someone registers again they’ll get emails for the new one. On a challenge, it applies to every day. You can also unsubscribe someone yourself. See Emails and unsubscribing.

Selling

Can I take payments in FullHouse?

FullHouse doesn’t process payments. An offer links to your checkout, on Pinball or any other tool, and FullHouse tracks who saw it and who clicked.

Can I show an offer to people who registered from a particular source?

No. An offer appears for everyone in the room at its time on the timeline. Use automations to follow up differently by behaviour.

Connecting tools

What does FullHouse integrate with?

Kit, ActiveCampaign, Pinball, GoHighLevel and webhooks, which connect you to tools such as Zapier and Make. See Connections.

Can I import a list of registrants?

There’s no bulk import, because people normally register themselves. You can add people one at a time on the Registrants tab, and an AI agent connected through MCP can do the same.

Can an AI assistant run this for me?

Yes, if your plan includes the MCP server. Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and others can create webinars, edit emails, read reports and more. See AI agents.

Managing your data

What does pausing do?

It stops new sign-ups: the registration page and embedded form stop working. People already registered keep their links and sessions, and still get their emails. See Pause a webinar and Pause a challenge.

Will people be told if I cancel a session?

No. Their emails for that session stop, and their link shows that it was canceled, but FullHouse doesn’t announce it. Export that session’s registrants and email them yourself. See Cancel a session.

Can I delete a registrant?

Yes. Open the person on the Registrants tab and choose Delete. They leave all your counts and reports, which makes it the way to clear out test sign-ups. It can’t be undone. See Delete a registrant.

Can I export my data?

Yes, one webinar at a time. You can export registrants, poll answers and feedback as CSV files. See Registrants and Overview report.

Can I add teammates?

Yes. Open Workspace → Team and choose Invite someone. Your plan doesn’t limit how many people you invite. Each person gets their own login, and can do everything in the workspace except change the team or delete the account. One login belongs to one workspace, so they need an address that isn’t already on FullHouse. See Team.

Can I delete a challenge?

Yes. Open it and choose More actions → Delete…, then type its exact name to confirm. Everything goes, with no undo, except videos in Media. Duplicate is in the same menu. See Delete a challenge. A webinar can be duplicated or deleted from its own More actions menu.

What happens if I delete my account?

See Account and security.

Honesty and compliance

Do I have to say it’s pre-recorded?

That depends on where you and your audience are, so ask your own legal adviser. FullHouse gives you the tools: the transparency note, consent wording on the registration page, and a legal footer.

Are chat messages and viewer counts real?

It’s up to you. Scheduled chat and the attendee counter are configured by you. Shared chat is real people. See Chat and questions. Don’t use them to make claims that aren’t true, such as invented testimonials.
