AI assistant

Connect the AI that answers attendee questions, using your own OpenRouter key.

Updated View as Markdown

This page sets up the AI connection for your workspace. Once connected, you can turn on an assistant for any webinar to answer questions attendees ask in the Q&A tab. The live chat isn’t touched.

You turn it on and write what it knows on each webinar, in AI answers. This page only handles the connection.

Open Workspace → AI assistant.

What you need

You need your own OpenRouter account and API key. OpenRouter charges you directly for what the assistant uses, and FullHouse doesn’t add anything on top. FullHouse also has a daily limit on AI attempts, which resets at midnight UTC.

Add your OpenRouter key

Create a key

Sign in at openrouter.ai/keys, create a key and copy it. It starts with sk-or-. Make sure your OpenRouter account has credit.

Paste it into FullHouse

Paste it into OpenRouter API key and click Save settings. The key is stored encrypted and isn’t shown again. To keep a saved key when saving this page again, leave the field blank.

Test it

Click Test connection. You should see a message saying the connection is verified.

Turn it on for a webinar

Open your webinar, go to its AI answers step, switch the assistant on and write its context. See AI answers.

Fields and buttons

Item What it does
OpenRouter API key Your key. Up to 200 characters.
Model Read only. FullHouse uses openai/gpt-6-luna with low reasoning effort for everyone, and you can’t change it.
Save settings Saves the key.
Test connection Appears once a key is saved. Sends a small test request. You can run it three times a minute.
Remove key Appears once a key is saved. Asks you to confirm. Webinar assistants stop answering.

What happens during a webinar

When an attendee asks a question and the assistant is on, it answers within moments, in one to four sentences, using only the context you wrote. It won’t reveal offer details before your offer appears on the timeline.

If the AI can’t answer, the attendee isn’t shown an error. The question stays in your Questions list for you to answer, and you can reply yourself at any time. This also happens if your key stops working, your credit runs out, or a limit is reached, so check your Questions list after your first few sessions.
