Your workspace is the container for everything you run in FullHouse: its webinars and challenges, your brand, your email sender, your connected tools and your uploaded files. Set it up once and every webinar picks it up.
One login belongs to one workspace. To let someone else work in yours, invite them to your team, and they get their own login.
Find your way around
The sidebar has a Workspace section, plus Media in the main navigation above it.
| Page | Use it to |
|---|---|
| Branding | Set your workspace name, colour, logo and legal footer. |
| Custom domain | Coming soon, depending on your plan: put your public pages and links on your own address. |
| Choose how email is sent and who it comes from. | |
| Team | Invite people to work in this workspace, and remove them. |
| Plan & usage | See your plan, storage used, emails sent today and delivery health. |
| AI assistant | Connect the AI that answers attendee questions. |
| Integrations | Connect Kit, ActiveCampaign and Pinball, and see how GoHighLevel works. |
| Webhooks | Send events to Zapier, Make or your own systems. |
| MCP server | Let Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools work in your workspace. |
| Debug | Look up one registrant’s clock and emails, and retry failed emails, webhook deliveries and automations. |
| Media | Upload and manage videos, images and downloads. |
Your personal account is separate, and each person on your team has their own. Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Settings for your profile, password, two-factor authentication, passkeys and theme. See Account and security.
What’s per workspace and what’s per webinar
A rough rule: who you are and how you connect is set for the workspace, and what happens in one event is set on that webinar.
| Thing | Set for the workspace | Set on each webinar |
|---|---|---|
| Look | Colour, logo, workspace name, legal footer | Presenter name and photo, page copy |
| Provider, From name, Reply-to | Which emails send, their wording and timing | |
| AI | The API key | Whether it’s on, and the context it answers from |
| CRM | The connection to Kit, ActiveCampaign or Pinball | The automation rules |
| Webhooks | Endpoints and their events | Nothing. An endpoint receives events from every webinar and challenge in the workspace. |
| Files | The media library | Which file each webinar uses |
| Limits | Storage and daily email allowance | Nothing |
| People | Your team | Nothing |
| Tracking | Nothing | Tracking settings, or a challenge’s Tracking section |
When changes take effect
Workspace changes apply straight away to everything, including webinars that are already published. There’s no separate publish step:
- A new colour, logo or footer shows the next time an attendee loads a page.
- A new sender name or provider is used for the next email that goes out, including reminders already scheduled for existing registrants.
- A new AI key is used for the next attendee question.
If your workspace is suspended
If your workspace is suspended, you see one page explaining that it’s paused instead of your dashboard. Your attendees’ pages stop working and scheduled emails are skipped, but nothing is deleted. See Suspended accounts.
