Dashboard

Read your workspace funnel, recent work, upcoming sessions and today's registration pace.

Updated View as Markdown

The dashboard answers two questions when you sign in: how are my webinars and challenges performing, and is anything happening right now? Open it from Dashboard in the sidebar at app.meetfullhouse.com.

Live numbers refresh by themselves every 30 seconds: Watching now, the funnel, Coming up in the room and Registrations by hour. All dates and times show in your browser’s time zone.

The top of the page

Item What it shows
N watching now People in a live session right now, across every webinar and challenge. Click it to jump to Coming up in the room. When nobody is watching it reads Nobody live right now.
7 days, 30 days, 90 days The period for the funnel and the table. It starts on 30 days.
New webinar Creates a webinar.

A person counts as watching if their room checked in during the last 2 minutes and their session hasn’t ended or been canceled.

The funnel

The strip across the page shows four steps for all of your webinars and challenges together, over the period you picked. Each compares with the same length of time before it.

Step What it counts Percentage beside it Comparison
Saw a sign-up form Each time anyone opens a registration page or an embedded form. Under it, the total is split into on your pages and in embedded forms. Percentage change, shown as vs previous 30 days
Registered People who registered during the period Registered as a share of Saw a sign-up form Percentage change
Showed up Of the people who registered during the period, those who joined a live session Showed up as a share of Registered Change in show-up rate, in points
Clicked an offer Of the people who registered during the period, those who clicked an offer in a live session Clicked as a share of Showed up Percentage change

Keep these details in mind when you read it:

  • Visits are page opens, not unique people. One person reloading three times counts as three. Your own Preview visits aren’t counted.
  • Later steps follow the people who registered in the period, whenever their session runs. If someone registers today for a session next week, they lower your show-up rate until that session has happened, so a recent period with many upcoming sessions can look low.
  • A challenge sign-up counts once. Someone joining a 5-day challenge is one person registered, and they’ve shown up if they joined any day live.
  • Replay activity doesn’t count here. Replay viewing and replay offer clicks appear on each webinar’s report instead.

If the earlier period had nothing to compare with, you’ll see Nothing in the period before, or No activity yet if neither has anything. Bars use a compressed scale so the small numbers at the bottom of the funnel stay visible, so compare the figures rather than the bar lengths.

Webinars & challenges

This table lists your webinars and challenges together, most recently updated first, 5 to a page. Click a row to open it: a webinar opens its Overview and a challenge opens its set-up page. Use All webinars and All challenges for the full lists.

Challenge days don’t get rows of their own. They’re counted under the challenge.

Column What it shows
Name The name and a summary of its schedule. A challenge reads like 5-day challenge · starts Mon 2 Mar, 18:00.
Status See below
Registered · 30 days People who registered during the period, with a small chart of each day
Showed up Those people who joined live, as a percentage. Shows — until there are registrants, and for a challenge that hasn’t started.
Avg watch Average share of the video those people watched live, as a percentage. Shows — until someone has watched.
Offer clicks Those people who clicked an offer live, with the share of attendees beside it

Showed up and Avg watch are hidden on narrower screens. On a phone, each row becomes a card.

Day N and a time A challenge’s next day, with how many have joined.
No sessions ahead Published, but the schedule has nothing coming. Add a schedule to take bookings.
Finished A challenge whose days have all run, with how many joined.

If you have nothing yet, this area shows Nothing here yet, with New webinar and New challenge buttons.

Coming up in the room

This list shows what’s running and what’s next, so you know when to be available for questions.

Live rows come first, up to 5, with the busiest at the top. Only sessions with viewers or bookings appear, and a line such as 3 more sessions running now covers any extras. Each row shows:

  • How many are watching.
  • When it started and which minute it’s at, such as minute 12 of 58.
  • What’s on the timeline: Offer on screen, or the next item, such as Poll in 4 min.
  • A button for the chat, with a count of unanswered questions.

Upcoming rows come after, up to 5, and the pill changes as a session gets closer: a countdown inside the last hour, the time later today, then the day. The text beneath shows how many are booked.

The description tells you which kind of list you’re looking at:

Description Meaning
Live right now, then the next sessions people have booked Something is live.
The next sessions people have booked Nothing is live, and these sessions have registrants.
Nobody has booked yet, so these are the next open sessions These are times on offer, shown as open slot.

The button opens Open chat if the webinar uses shared live chat, and Questions if it uses private questions.

If there’s nothing to show, you’ll see Nothing on the schedule. Publish a webinar with a schedule and its sessions will line up here.

Registrations by hour

This chart shows today’s registrations across your workspace, hour by hour in your local time.

  • Bars are today. The current hour is striped because it’s still filling up.
  • The line, labelled A typical Monday (or whichever day it is), is the average for this weekday over the last 4 weeks.
  • The dashed line marks the time now.

Above the chart you’ll see your total today, how far above or below usual you are right now, such as +12 vs usual, and Usually 40 by now · 95 by midnight. Hover over an hour to see its count against the typical figure.

The line only uses weeks when your workspace was already taking registrations. Until there’s at least a week of history you’ll see Your typical day appears here after a week of registrations.

Use this to spot problems early. If an ad is running and you’re far below your usual pace by midday, check your ad and your registration page before the day is lost.

Dashboard or report?

The dashboard adds everything up across your workspace. For one webinar’s detail, such as show-up by wait time, retention, sources, polls and feedback, open its Overview report.
