These are real jobs you can hand to your AI tool once it’s connected. Copy a prompt, swap in your own details and paste it into a chat with FullHouse turned on. Under each one you’ll see the tools it relies on. You don’t need to name them, because your AI tool picks them for you.
Prompts that change something need a connection with Full access. Prompts that only look things up also work on Read only.
Get better results
- Name what you mean. Say which webinar, or ask the AI to list them and check with you first.
- Ask to see it first. “Show me the draft before you save it” gives you a chance to review. Changes go live straight away, and there’s no undo.
- Say when to stop. “Don’t publish it” or “don’t send anything” keeps a setup job safe.
- Practise on a copy. Ask it to duplicate a webinar and try the changes on the draft.
- Give it the source material. Your AI tool can’t watch or listen to your video, so paste the transcript, outline or timestamps it should work from.
FullHouse also tells your AI tool to confirm deletions and anything attendees will see before it acts. See Security for what that does and doesn’t guarantee.
Build and set up
Check what you have
Give me an overview of my FullHouse workspace: my plan, how much storage and daily email I've used, whether my email sender is ready, and how each webinar has done in the last 30 days.Uses get_account and get_dashboard.
Build a webinar from a video
Create a new FullHouse webinar called "Spring launch masterclass". Find the video called "Spring launch final" in Media and attach it. The presenter is Alex Rivera, Founder of Northside Studio. Write the registration page for small business owners who want more clients from webinars, with three bullets. Set it to run every Tuesday and Thursday at 18:00 London time. Then tell me what's still blocking publishing. Don't publish it.Uses list_media, create_webinar, set_video_url, update_webinar, save_schedule and get_webinar.
Upload the video first if it isn’t in Media yet. See Upload a video below.
Upload a video
This job needs a tool that can run commands on your computer, such as Claude Code, on macOS or Linux.
Upload /Users/me/Videos/spring-launch.mp4 to FullHouse Media, name it "Spring launch final", then attach it to my webinar "Spring launch masterclass" and show me the result of the video checks.Uses create_upload, complete_upload and set_video_url.
FullHouse returns a command that sends the file straight to storage. Claude Code can run it, wait for it to finish, then complete the upload.
If you use Claude on the web, ChatGPT or another chat app, it can’t reach files on your computer. You have two options:
- Upload in your browser under Media, which is the simplest route, then ask the AI to use that file.
- Ask the AI for the upload command and the exact steps, and run the command in Terminal yourself. It needs the file’s exact size, and only runs on macOS or Linux.
Videos can be up to 20 GB, images 25 MB, and downloads 1 GB, and they all count towards your plan’s storage.
Use a video hosted elsewhere
Point my webinar "Spring launch masterclass" at this video: https://cdn.example.com/spring.mp4. Check it and tell me whether it's ready, and what to fix if it isn't.Uses set_video_url, then validate_video if you ask it to check again.
The link must be a direct HTTPS link to an MP4 or HLS (.m3u8) video. A YouTube or Vimeo page won’t work. See Video.
Reuse a webinar for a new topic
Duplicate my webinar "Spring launch masterclass". Rename the copy "Summer launch masterclass", and update the registration page and all emails for a summer launch. Show me the new headline and email subjects, and leave it as a draft.Uses search, duplicate_webinar, update_webinar, list_email_templates and update_email_template.
Change the schedule
For "Spring launch masterclass", replace the schedule with just-in-time sessions every 30 minutes between 09:00 and 21:00 London time, skip 25 December, and stop registration 5 minutes before each session. Then show me the next sessions people would see.Uses get_webinar and save_schedule. See Schedule for how each schedule type works.
Write the registration and thank-you pages
Here's my webinar outline: [paste outline]. Rewrite the registration page for "Spring launch masterclass" with a sharper headline, a subheadline and up to five benefit bullets. Add a required question, "What's your biggest challenge right now?" Update the thank-you message too. Show me the copy before you save it.Uses get_webinar and update_webinar. See Registration page.
Go-live check
Do a pre-launch check on "Spring launch masterclass": is the video ready, what's blocking publishing, which sessions will people see next, which emails are on, is my email sender ready, and do the offers and polls appear at sensible times? Give me a short list of anything to fix. Change nothing.Uses get_webinar, get_account, list_email_templates and list_timeline. Compare with the launch checklist.
Build a challenge
Create a 5-day FullHouse challenge called "Webinar sprint", starting next Monday at 18:00 New York time. Give each day a clear title based on this outline: [paste outline]. Write a short welcome line and a one-line summary for each day on the hub. Then attach these videos from Media to each day: [list]. Tell me what's still needed before it can be published. Don't publish it.Uses create_challenge, update_challenge, get_challenge, list_media and set_video_url. See Challenges.
Add what happens in the room
Add an offer at the right moment
In "Spring launch masterclass", add an offer that appears 42 minutes into the video and stays up until the end. Headline "Join the Client Engine program", button "Enroll now", link https://example.com/buy. Tell me the time you've set in minutes and seconds so I can check it.Uses get_webinar and save_timeline_item. See Offers.
Add polls and handouts from your notes
From these timestamps: [paste notes], add a poll at each point marked POLL and a handout at each point marked HANDOUT in "Spring launch masterclass". List them for me before saving. For handouts, use the matching file from Media.Uses list_media, list_timeline and save_timeline_item. See Polls.
Import a simulated chat script
Import this CSV as the simulated chat for "Spring launch masterclass", adding to what's there. Tell me how many rows were added:
time,name,message,role
00:00:30,Alex,Welcome everyone!,host
00:02:15,Priya,Hi from Toronto, attendeeUses import_simulated_chat. Ask it to replace the existing script if you want to start again.
The tool takes about 2 MB of text and 2,000 rows at a time, so split very long scripts into parts. See CSV formats and Simulated chat.
Draft a chat script from your transcript
Here's my webinar transcript with timestamps: [paste]. Draft host and moderator messages for the simulated chat: welcomes, prompts to ask questions, and pointers to what's coming next. Don't invent results or testimonials. Show me the script for review, then import it once I approve.Uses import_simulated_chat. Keep the script honest, and consider the transparency note described in Simulated chat.
Train the AI answers
Here's my webinar transcript and FAQ: [paste]. Use it as the background context for AI answers on "Spring launch masterclass", and add this offer information to the offer context: [paste]. Turn AI answers on and summarise what you've saved.Uses update_webinar. See AI answers.
Write and test emails
Rewrite your reminder emails
Show me the current 24-hour, 1-hour and 15-minute reminder emails for "Spring launch masterclass". Rewrite them in a warmer, more direct tone, keeping the merge tags in place. Show me the drafts. Once I approve, save them and send me a test of each.Uses list_email_templates, update_email_template and send_test_email.
Pending emails use the new version straight away. Test emails go only to your own account email, with a [Test] prefix and sample details filled in. See Reminder emails and Merge tags.
Write your follow-ups
Write different follow-up emails for "Spring launch masterclass": one for people who attended and one for people who missed it. Use the replay link in both. Then check that the replay-available email is switched on.Uses list_email_templates and update_email_template. See Follow-up emails.
Handle questions and chat
Summarise what people are asking
Read all the questions on "Spring launch masterclass" and group them into themes. Which objections come up most, and what should I add to the presentation or the FAQ? Change nothing.Uses list_questions. Works on Read only. See Questions.
Draft replies for your approval
List the open questions on "Spring launch masterclass" and draft a reply to each using this FAQ: [paste]. Show them to me as a numbered list. I'll tell you which to send. Mark any spam as resolved without replying, after checking with me.Uses list_questions, reply_to_question and set_question_resolved.
Replies appear in the attendee’s Q&A tab, and a reply also marks the question resolved.
Help out in live chat
Show me the last 10 minutes of live chat on "Spring launch masterclass". Draft a welcome message for me to approve and post it as the host. If anyone is posting spam, tell me who, and I'll decide whether to mute them.Uses get_live_chat, post_live_chat_message and moderate_live_chat.
This works only when the webinar’s chat mode is live, and messages appear to everyone straight away. See Live chat.
Understand your results
Analyse a webinar report
Analyse the last 30 days of "Spring launch masterclass". How do registrations, show-ups, offer clicks and average watch time compare with the previous period? Where are the biggest drop-offs in the video, and what happens in the video at those points? Give me three specific things to change.Uses get_webinar_report and list_timeline. Works on Read only. See Overview report.
Find the best session times and sources
For "Spring launch masterclass", show me the show-up rate by hour and by how far ahead people registered, and which traffic sources bring the people who show up. What should I change about my schedule or ads?Uses get_webinar_report. You can also ask for one part of the report at a time.
Compare your webinars
Compare all my webinars over the last 90 days by registrations, show-up rate and offer clicks. Which is doing best, which needs attention, and what's coming up next?Uses get_dashboard and list_webinars.
Find hot leads
List the people registered for "Spring launch masterclass" who attended but didn't click the offer, with how much they watched, highest first.Uses list_registrants.
The tool returns up to 200 people at a time, and your AI tool can go through the pages. On a large webinar this takes a while. Use Registrants in the app when you need a CSV.
Help people
Find someone and resend their link
Find [email protected] in FullHouse. Which webinars are they registered for, did they attend, and what emails have they had? Resend their confirmation email for the upcoming one.Uses search, fetch or get_registrant, and resend_confirmation.
Register someone
Register Sam Lee, [email protected], for the next session of "Spring launch masterclass" and give me their join link.Uses add_registrant.
Only do this for someone who has agreed to attend, because it happens straight away: FullHouse records their consent and sends the confirmation and reminders as if they’d used your page. If your page has a required question, give your AI tool their answer too. If they’re already registered, they get their link again.
Stop emailing someone
Unsubscribe [email protected] from all further emails for "Spring launch masterclass", and tell me how many pending emails were canceled.Uses search and unsubscribe_registrant. For someone in a challenge, this covers every day.
Remove someone
Find [email protected] on "Spring launch masterclass" and show me who they are. Once I confirm, delete them, and tell me the numbers have updated.Uses search and delete_registrant. This can’t be undone. They leave every count and report, and no webhook or automation fires. You need to confirm their email address. See Delete a registrant.
Connect and tidy up
Tag people in your email platform
On "Spring launch masterclass", show me my connected integrations and tags. Then add an automation: when someone watches 75% of the video, tag them "Hot lead" in Kit.Uses list_automations and save_automation.
This works with Kit, ActiveCampaign, Pinball and GoHighLevel. You connect Kit, ActiveCampaign and Pinball in the app first, under Workspace → Integrations, because your AI tool can’t enter their keys. Kit and ActiveCampaign tags must already exist there. Pinball tags are created if they’re new. GoHighLevel only needs a webhook URL. See Automations and Connections.
Add a webhook
Add a FullHouse webhook to https://example.com/hooks/fullhouse for new registrations and offer clicks. Show me the signing secret so I can store it.Uses save_webhook. The secret is shown once, so store it safely. See Webhooks.
Free up storage
List everything in my FullHouse Media with its size and where it's used. Which files aren't used anywhere? Don't delete anything until I confirm the list.Uses list_media and delete_media. FullHouse refuses to delete a file that’s still in use and says where it’s used. See Media library.
Reuse or remove a challenge
Duplicate my challenge "Webinar sprint", and change the copy to start on the first Monday of next month. Leave it as a draft. Then show me last year's "Old sprint" challenge and how many people it has. Don't delete anything until I confirm.Uses duplicate_challenge, update_challenge, get_challenge and delete_challenge. Deleting needs the challenge’s exact name, and can’t be undone. See Duplicate a challenge and Delete a challenge.
Update your branding
Change my FullHouse brand colour to #1F6FEB and use the image called "New logo" from Media as my logo. Show me what you changed.Uses list_media and update_branding. See Branding.
What it can’t do
Some things stay in the FullHouse app, such as connecting integrations, setting up your email sender and inviting people to your team. See the full list in What MCP can’t do.
