An offer is what you’re selling, shown in the room at the moment you pitch it. It has a headline, an optional price and image, and a button that opens your checkout or booking page in a new tab. FullHouse doesn’t take the payment: the button sends people to your own link.
Add one on the Room timeline.

What attendees see
On a computer, the offer slides in at the top of the side panel, above the chat. Attendees can fold it to one line showing the headline, price and time left, then choose Show to bring it back.
On a phone, the offer rises as a sheet over the chat. Keep watching or a tap outside it puts it away to a slim bar in your brand colour with View on it. The video keeps playing the whole time.
Someone who joins after the offer appeared sees it straight away. Read more in The live room.
How the timer works
The timer is a nudge, not a deadline. It’s worth knowing what it does and doesn’t do:
- It starts when the offer first appears for that attendee, so someone who joins late gets the full time.
- Attendees see “Offer closes in 14:32”. At zero it changes to “This price is closing now”.
- It doesn’t remove the offer or disable the button. The offer stays until its Disappears time, and the link keeps working.
- It’s counted in each person’s browser, so reloading the page starts it again.
If your price really does end, make that happen on your checkout page as well.
Run more than one offer
Only one offer shows at a time. If offers overlap, attendees see the one that starts first until it ends. So to run an early-bird and then a standard offer, set a Disappears time on the first, and start the second at or after that time.
The AI assistant unlocks your offer context at the start of the earliest offer that has Show in the room on.
After the session ends
If an offer is still open when the video finishes, it stays on the end-of-session page under Still deciding?, with its headline, description, button, price and any time left. An offer counts as open if it runs to the end, or its Disappears time is at or after the video’s end. If several qualify, attendees see the one that starts last.
Clicking it cancels any automatic redirect you’ve set under Chat & questions, so a buyer doesn’t get pulled away from your page.
In a replay, offers appear at the same points in the video, based on where the viewer is watching. Someone who skips forward sees the offer at that point too.
Track who saw and clicked
| Where | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Inspector, Last 30 days | “1,240 people saw it and 86 clicked (6.9%).” These are unique people. |
| Overview report | Clicks across the webinar, split between live and replay. |
| Registrants | Whether each person saw and clicked an offer. |
You can act on these too:
- Automations can run when someone Sees the offer or Clicks the offer. Each rule runs once per person. They work with Kit, ActiveCampaign, Pinball and GoHighLevel.
- Webhooks send
offer.seen, once per person for live and once for replay, andoffer.clicked, on every click.
FullHouse only knows about the click. It can’t see whether someone completed a purchase on your checkout.
Tips
- Test the link in the room with your own registration before you go live. A typo here costs real sales.
- Add tracking details to your Link, such as
?utm_source=webinar, so your checkout can tell these sales apart. - Put the offer on screen a little before you start talking about price. Attendees will read it while you explain it.
- Use the retention line to check your pitch comes before most people leave.
