Once a webinar is published, you’ll spend your time in its tabs rather than in set-up: watching the numbers, finding people, answering questions and joining the conversation. Open any webinar from Webinars, or click it on your dashboard.

The tabs
| Tab | What’s there | Beside the name |
|---|---|---|
| Overview | The webinar’s report and CSV exports | |
| Set up | Every setting, in the order an attendee meets them, ending with Go live | |
| Registrants | Everyone who signed up | The total, once there are any |
| Sessions | Past, running and upcoming sessions | |
| Questions | Private questions and replies | A badge with the number still open |
| Live chat | The shared chat, if it’s on |
The header
The top of each tab shows the webinar’s name and some quick facts: the status, the schedule, which day of a challenge it is if it belongs to one, and the video length.
The status pill shows N watching now while people are in a live session, otherwise one of these:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Not published. Only you and your team can see the page, by previewing it. |
| Published | Taking sign-ups. |
| Paused | Not taking sign-ups, but booked sessions and emails carry on. See Pause a webinar. |
The buttons beside it are always there:
| Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| Copy registration link | Copies your public link. It says Link copied when it’s done. |
| Preview or View page | Opens your registration page in a new tab, without counting a visit. More about previews. |
| Publish or Pause | Changes the status straight away, with no confirmation. If something’s missing, Publish opens a dialog listing what to fix. Publishing has checks. |
| ⋯ → Duplicate | Makes a copy as a new draft. |
| ⋯ → Delete… | Deletes the webinar and all of its data, after you confirm. A challenge day can’t be deleted on its own. See Remove a day. |
For a challenge day, the breadcrumb leads back to the challenge. Publishing happens at the challenge level.

On the day
Evergreen sessions run without you, so being there is optional. If you’d like to be around for a session:
- Check Coming up in the room on your dashboard to see what’s live and what’s next.
- Keep Questions open if your webinar uses private questions, and reload it to see new ones. If you’ve turned on AI answers, many will already be answered.
- Keep Live chat open if your webinar uses shared chat. It updates by itself.
- Watch for the offer. Coming up in the room shows
Offer on screenwhile it’s up, which is when questions tend to arrive.
