# Run and measure a webinar

Once a webinar is published, you'll spend your time in its tabs rather than in set-up: watching the numbers, finding people, answering questions and joining the conversation. Open any webinar from **Webinars**, or click it on your [dashboard](/start/dashboard).

- **Overview** — Read the [report](/run/overview-report): funnel, show-up, retention, sources, polls and feedback.
- **Registrants** — Search, filter and [export people](/run/registrants), and see one person's full history.
- **Sessions** — See every [session](/run/sessions) and cancel one that's coming up.
- **Questions** — Answer [private questions](/run/questions) from the room.
- **Live chat** — Post, delete and mute in the [shared chat](/run/live-chat).
- **Set up** — Change anything about the webinar. Start at [Details](/webinars/details).

## The tabs

| Tab | What's there | Beside the name |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Overview** | The webinar's report and CSV exports | |
| **Set up** | Every setting, in the order an attendee meets them, ending with [Go live](/webinars/go-live) | |
| **Registrants** | Everyone who signed up | The total, once there are any |
| **Sessions** | Past, running and upcoming sessions | |
| **Questions** | Private questions and replies | A badge with the number still open |
| **Live chat** | The shared chat, if it's on | |

## The header

The top of each tab shows the webinar's name and some quick facts: the status, the schedule, which day of a challenge it is if it belongs to one, and the video length.

The status pill shows **N watching now** while people are in a live session, otherwise one of these:

| Status | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| **Draft** | Not published. Only you and your [team](/workspace/team) can see the page, by previewing it. |
| **Published** | Taking sign-ups. |
| **Paused** | Not taking sign-ups, but booked sessions and emails carry on. See [Pause a webinar](/webinars/go-live#pause-a-webinar). |

The buttons beside it are always there:

| Button | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| **Copy registration link** | Copies your public link. It says **Link copied** when it's done. |
| **Preview** or **View page** | Opens your registration page in a new tab, without counting a visit. [More about previews](/webinars/go-live#preview-before-you-publish). |
| **Publish** or **Pause** | Changes the status straight away, with no confirmation. If something's missing, **Publish** opens a dialog listing what to fix. [Publishing has checks](/webinars/go-live#check-the-list). |
| **⋯ → Duplicate** | Makes a [copy](/webinars/go-live#duplicate-a-webinar) as a new draft. |
| **⋯ → Delete…** | [Deletes the webinar](/webinars/go-live#delete-a-webinar) and all of its data, after you confirm. A challenge day can't be deleted on its own. See [Remove a day](/challenges/publish-manage#remove-a-day). |

For a challenge day, the breadcrumb leads back to the challenge. Publishing happens [at the challenge level](/challenges/publish-manage).

## Where to find things

| You want to | Go to |
| --- | --- |
| See how a webinar is doing | [Overview](/run/overview-report) |
| Compare all your webinars | [Dashboard](/start/dashboard) |
| Check when the next session is | [Sessions](/run/sessions), or [Coming up in the room](/start/dashboard#coming-up-in-the-room) on the dashboard |
| Find out what happened to one person | [Registrants](/run/registrants), then click them |
| Send someone their link again | [Resend confirmation](/run/registrants#resend-a-confirmation) |
| Add someone by hand, stop their emails, or delete them | [Registrants](/run/registrants#add-a-registrant) |
| See why an email didn't arrive | The person's [Emails card](/run/registrants#the-registrant-page), then [Debug](/workspace/debug) |
| Answer a question | [Questions](/run/questions) |
| Talk to the room | [Live chat](/run/live-chat) |
| Download your data | [Export to CSV](/run/registrants#export-to-csv) |
| Change a time, an offer or an email | [Set up](/webinars) |

## On the day

Evergreen sessions run without you, so being there is optional. If you'd like to be around for a session:

1. Check **Coming up in the room** on your [dashboard](/start/dashboard#coming-up-in-the-room) to see what's live and what's next.
2. Keep **Questions** open if your webinar uses private questions, and reload it to see new ones. If you've turned on [AI answers](/webinars/ai-answers), many will already be answered.
3. Keep **Live chat** open if your webinar uses shared chat. It updates by itself.
4. Watch for the offer. **Coming up in the room** shows `Offer on screen` while it's up, which is when questions tend to arrive.
