# Plan and usage

This page shows your plan and how close you are to its limits. Check it before a launch, so a limit doesn't surprise you on the day.

Open **Workspace → Plan & usage**. Your plan's name and description are at the top, and the numbers below it are your own. Everyone on your [team](/workspace/team) can see this page, and it's read-only.

## What your plan controls

| Limit | What it covers | What doesn't count |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Storage** | "Videos, images and files you upload to FullHouse all count." Files still uploading count too. | "Videos hosted elsewhere don't." That means a link you paste in. |
| **Emails sent today** | Emails sent through [FullHouse Send](/workspace/email#use-fullhouse-send). | Email sent through your own Resend or Mailgun account, shown as **Unlimited**. Account emails to you. |
| **MCP server** | Whether AI tools can connect to your workspace. Shown as included or not. | |

[Custom domains](/workspace/custom-domain) are coming soon. Your plan will set whether you can use them, and how many you can connect.

Your plan doesn't limit how many webinars, challenges, registrants, attendees or [team members](/workspace/team) you can have. The [limits reference](/reference/limits) lists the other limits that apply to everyone, such as maximum file sizes.

The meters turn amber at 75% and red at 90%, so you can see a limit coming.

## What happens at each limit

### Storage

When an upload doesn't fit, it's refused before it starts, and you see a message with your numbers:

```text
This file is 2.4 GB but your Starter plan has 600 MB of storage left (400 MB of 1.0 GB used). Delete files you no longer use in Media, or make this one smaller.
```

Nothing you've already uploaded is affected, and your existing webinars keep playing.

To make room:

- Delete files you no longer use in the [media library](/workspace/media-library#delete-a-file). Space is freed straight away.
- Compress the video, or re-export it at a lower bitrate.
- [Host the video elsewhere](/webinars/video) and paste its link. It won't count against your storage.
- Ask about a bigger plan.

An upload you've started reserves its full size until it finishes or is canceled. An upload abandoned for 24 hours is canceled and its space returned.

### Daily email

On FullHouse Send, emails over the allowance are marked as failed straight away and aren't sent automatically later, even after the reset at midnight UTC. Read [When you hit the limit](/workspace/email#when-you-hit-the-limit) for how to recover.

If you send through your own provider there's no FullHouse limit. Your provider's own limits still apply.

### MCP server

If your plan doesn't include it, this row reads "Not included in your plan." and you can't create access tokens. You'll see "MCP access isn't included in your plan." if you try. Everything else in FullHouse works as normal. See [MCP overview](/mcp).

## Check your delivery health

If you send through FullHouse Send and have some history, a **Last 7 days** section appears:

| Number | What it means | What to do |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Delivered** | Emails accepted by the recipient's mail system. | Nothing. This is the number you want to be large. |
| **Bounced** | Emails the recipient's mail system refused. Shown in amber when above zero. | A few are normal, from typos and old addresses. A lot suggest poor-quality sign-ups, so check where your traffic comes from. |
| **Spam reports** | Recipients who marked your email as spam. Shown in red when above zero. | Take any increase seriously. Check that your emails match what people signed up for, and that the sender name is recognisable. |

People who report spam or unsubscribe stop getting your webinar emails automatically. If you [delete a registrant](/run/registrants#delete-a-registrant), these totals keep their numbers, but the records no longer hold the person's email address, and emails already sent still count towards your daily limit.

This section doesn't appear with your own provider, because delivery results stay with them. Check your Resend or Mailgun dashboard. You can see what happened to one person's email in [Debug](/workspace/debug).

## Get a bigger plan

There's no upgrade button in the app. Get in touch and we'll move you to a bigger plan. If email is your only constraint, [connecting your own provider](/workspace/email#connect-your-own-provider) removes the FullHouse limit without changing plan.

## Before a launch

- Work out your busiest email day. Multiply your expected registrants by the emails they'll get, including the ones sent the moment they register.
- Upload your video early, so there's time to deal with a storage problem.
- Look at this page the day before, and again on the morning of a big event.
