# Statuses

## Webinars and challenges

| Status | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| **Draft** | Not public. Only you and your [team](/workspace/team) can preview it while signed in. |
| **Published** | Accepting sign-ups. |
| **Paused** | Not accepting sign-ups: visitors see **This page isn't available**, or **Sign-ups aren't open right now** in an embed. Existing links, sessions and emails carry on. |

The days of a challenge always show **Draft**. That's normal, because you publish the challenge rather than its days.

A published challenge also switches to **Paused** by itself if you save it while any day lacks a working video. See [Publish and manage](/challenges/publish-manage#when-a-challenge-pauses-by-itself).

## Sessions

| Status | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| **Upcoming** | Hasn't started. |
| **Live now** | Running. |
| **Ended** | Finished. |
| **Canceled** | You canceled it. It can't be restored and its time won't be offered again. |

## What an attendee sees in the room

| State | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| Waiting | The session hasn't started. They're in the [waiting room](/attendees/waiting-room). |
| Live | The session is running and they're [in the room](/attendees/live-room). |
| Missed | They came too late: "This session already started", or "The live session has passed" on a challenge day. |
| Ended | The session is over. They see the [end-of-session page](/attendees/live-room#when-the-session-ends), with a replay button if the replay is open. |
| Replay | They're [watching the replay](/attendees/replay). |
| Replay closed | The replay window has passed: "The replay has closed". |
| Canceled | "This session was canceled". |

## Registrants

These appear on the [Registrants](/run/registrants) tab and on each person's page.

| Label | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| **Live** (under **Attended**) | They joined the live session. |
| **Replay** (under **Attended**) | They only watched the replay. |
| **Clicked** | They clicked an offer in the live session. |
| **Seen, not clicked** | An offer appeared for them in the live session, and they didn't click it. |
| **Not seen** | They didn't reach an offer in the live session. |
| **Unsubscribed** | They've opted out of emails for this registration, or for the whole challenge. Shown in red. |

## Emails

These appear on a [registrant's page](/run/registrants) and under [Debug](/workspace/debug).

| Status | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| **Pending** | Waiting for its send time. |
| **Processing** | Sending, or waiting to try again. |
| **Sent** | Handed to the email provider. A bounce or drop may be noted beside it when you use FullHouse Send. |
| **Failed** | Couldn't be sent. You can retry from Debug. |
| **Skipped** | Deliberately not sent. See the reasons below. |
| **Canceled** | Withdrawn before sending, for example when someone unsubscribes or is deleted. |

| Skip reason | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| `Recipient unsubscribed.` | They unsubscribed from this registration, or from the whole challenge. |
| `Session canceled.` | Their session was canceled. |
| `Delivery condition not met.` | The email is only for some people, and this person isn't one of them. For example, "attended" follow-ups go only to people who attended. This is normal. |
| `Template disabled or missing.` | You turned that email off, or it no longer exists. |
| `Workspace suspended.` | Your workspace is suspended. |
| `Replay is off.` | Replay was turned off before **Replay available** was due. |
| `Replay has closed.` | The replay closed before **Replay available** was due. |

## Videos

| Status | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| **Not validated** | Hasn't been checked. |
| **Passed** | Good to go. |
| **Passed with warnings** | Will work, but read the warnings. |
| **Failed** | Not usable. Follow the message shown. |

You can only publish a webinar when the video has **Passed** or **Passed with warnings**, and its length is known. See [Video](/webinars/video).

For a challenge day, the labels are **Video ready** and **Needs a video**.

## Media uploads

| Status | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| **Uploading** | In progress. The space is reserved against your storage. |
| **Ready** | Available to use. |

## Questions

| Tab | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| **Open** | No reply yet, and not resolved. |
| **Replied** | Has a reply from you or from AI. AI replies have an **AI** badge. |
| **All** | Everything. |

## Automations and integrations

| Label | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| **Active** | The rule runs. |
| **Paused** | The rule doesn't run. |
| **Failed** | Runs that gave up. Retry them under [Failed automations on Debug](/workspace/debug#retry-a-failed-automation). |
| **Connected** / **Not connected** | Whether your credentials are saved. |
| **Connection verified** | The last test worked. |
| **Last test failed** | The last test didn't work. |
| **Not tested yet** | Run a test to check the credentials. |

## Webhook deliveries

| Status | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| **Pending** | Waiting to send or to retry. |
| **Success** | Your endpoint accepted it. |
| **Failed** | All attempts failed, or the endpoint was paused when it fell due. You can retry from [Debug](/workspace/debug). |

## Team

These appear on the [Team](/workspace/team) page.

| Label | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| **Owner** | The person whose account the workspace belongs to. Only they can change the team or delete the account. |
| **Member** | Someone invited to work in the workspace. They can do everything else. |
| **Invited** | They haven't set a password yet. |
| **Active** | They've set a password and can sign in. |

## FullHouse Send

| Label | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| **Setting up** | FullHouse is preparing your sending. |
| **Ready** | Good to send. |
| **Needs attention** | Setup hasn't completed. Emails wait rather than fail. See [Email](/workspace/email). |

## Challenge hub

| Label on a day's ticket | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| **Up next**, **Today** or **Tonight** | This is the next day, and its doors haven't opened yet. |
| **Doors open** | People can choose **Enter the room**. |
| **Live now**, with **Join now** | The day's session is running and the room would let them in: up to 15 minutes from the start, or until the end for someone who has already been in. |
| "The live session has passed" | It's too late to join live. One of the labels below appears with it. |
| **Watch the replay** | The replay is open, and they've seen under 5% of it, or 90% or more. |
| **Finish the replay** | The replay is open, and they've seen between 5% and 90%. |
| "Replay opens", with a date and time | The replay is waiting out a delay. |
| "Replay closed" | The replay has expired. |
| "No replay for this day" | Replay is off for that day, or **Replays in the hub** is off. |
| **Done** | They've seen at least 90%. |
| **Not watched** | Beside the progress bar on a computer: nothing recorded for them on this day. It shows alongside one of the labels above. |
| **Canceled** | You canceled the day's session. |
